Security deposit

In order to guarantee the fulfillment of the resident’s contractual obligations, a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent must be paid upon acceptance of the application by the Management. It can in no way be considered as rent paid in advance.

In the event of withdrawal more than thirty days before the agreed date of arrival, an amount of CHF 200.– is retained. This is CHF 400.– in the event of withdrawal between the 30th and 15th day before the date of arrival. The security deposit is retained in full in the event of cancellation less than fifteen days before the date of arrival.

The security deposit is returned to the resident, totally or partially, after all accounts have been cleared, by bank transfer within 30 days of her departure. Additional costs may be charged after the inventory, return of the loaned equipment (key, supplies, etc.) and completion of departure formalities.

Rent

Rental of studios is monthly and starts from the 1st of the month until the end of the current month.

Rent must be paid at the beginning of each month, but no later than the 10th of each month. Any unpaid monthly payment within this period is liable to a penalty of CHF 20.– to CHF 50.–. The monthly rent is due regardless of the date of arrival or departure.

Stay reserved the daily rate during the months of July and August.

The rent is set at:

1. CHF 800.– or CHF 900.– per month depending on the studio. It includes the costs of water, electricity and connection to Internet and WiFi networks. In the event of exceptional electricity consumption, the Management reserves the right to invoice it. From October 1 to April 30, the rent is increased by CHF 30.– for heating costs.
2. Exceptionally, during the months of July and August, for a stay of less than 31 days, the price is CHF 40.-, respectively CHF 45.- per night. The price of the security deposit and the rent may be revised by the Management from September 1 of each year. The resident remains responsible for paying her rent during her vacation periods.
